These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://mamalemo.com (the “Site”) and purchases from Mamalemo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products and made-to-order production
Mamalemo sells print-on-demand products. Products are made to order, and minor variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur because of screen settings and the production process. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizing information, and prices accurately. We do not guarantee that every display or description will be error-free. If a product is materially different from what was ordered, contact support@mamalemo.com.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly shown. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges may be added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We may correct pricing errors and cancel or refund affected orders.
5. Orders and account information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order, size, quantity, and shipping address before submitting payment.
6. Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates. Carrier, weather, customs, and peak-season delays may occur outside our control. Risk and responsibility for delivery are subject to applicable law. Additional details are in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or an incorrect size selected by the customer. We replace or refund eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including Mamalemo designs, logos, images, graphics, and text, are owned by or licensed to Mamalemo and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, submit unlawful or malicious material, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the Site to violate applicable law.
10. Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to third-party providers for payments, fulfillment, analytics, advertising, and other services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Mamalemo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Mamalemo against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply when posted, subject to applicable law. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mamalemo’s business, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
